New 2020 Skoda Superb Laurin Klement ____________________________________________________________________
Tucked away in an otherwise bland press release talking about Skoda being a sponsor of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship is news about when the wraps will come off the Superb facelift. The teaser released earlier this week by the Czech marque did announce the debut would take place later this month in the Slovakian capital Bratislava during the ice hockey event, but without revealing an exact date.
Now, Skoda has announced the premiere is scheduled for May 23 during the quarter-final matchday. Not much else is known at the time being, with the press release only saying the midsize car has been “modernized” and will boast a “much sharper profile.” We’d be interested to know whether they’ll show the wagon as well or only the hatchback.
