Will Chelsea or Man United miss out? A way-too-early look at the 2019-20 top 6 | Premier League

One day after Manchester City edged Liverpool to the Premier League title, ESPN FC’s Craig Burley makes his way-too-early predictions for who will finish in the top six in 2019-20. Man City and Liverpool have been joined in the top six by Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United in five of the past six seasons, but Burley thinks a couple of those teams are at risk of falling off next season, and Leicester City, Wolverhampton Wanders, Everton and West Ham will be looking to break in.
