The Congress party and its MP Sushmita Dev have gone to the Supreme Court against the Election Commission and their allegation is that there have been a series of violations of Model Code of Conduct by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP President Amit Shah and no action has been taken by the Election Commission of India.
